ReplyDeleteOn a brighter note, I'll try and check out those Chen Qiang films you mentioned. I was intrigued by that photo of Magician's Adventure. I looked it up on the Web and saw it cited as China's first 3-D movie. Interesting. I'm always surprised films from that era that don't fit the stereotype of the propaganda film.
