Venice: The Sorcerer and the White Snake Premiere Red Carpet

In an interview, director Tony Ching Siu-Tung explained that the festival version of the film eliminated the roles of Miriam Yeung, Lam Suet, Jiang Wu and other demons. Also, Charlene Choi's romantic scenes with Wen Zhang were reduced. The domestic release in China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia will reinstate them and run 20 - 30 minutes longer. (Sina)
