Located right across from the Apple Store at IFC, the 2,700-square metre space was packed inside and out.

Miriam Yeung

Yeung, who was wearing 20cm heels nearly stumbled in the crowd several times.

She joked that she almost wandered into the Apple store by mistake. Luckily for her, her husband, Real Ting Chi-ko, was leading the way.

"He was holding on to me like a cop holding a convict," the 37-year-old singer said. "People at the Apple store were staring at me."

Johnnie To and wife

Long-time collaborators Lau and To, although accompanied by their wives, were inseparable as usual.

Lau, who has just finished promotional work for his film Life Without Principle, said he would be flying to Shanghai for another film soon.

"So before I leave, I want to take my wife out tonight, she's getting bored," he said. (SCMP)
