Jordan Chan made his first public appearance since returning from his honeymoon with Cherrie Ying. The event was the official launch of a new film (lit. BMW Rhapsody) in Beijing at the 798 Art District. He will be costarring in the black comedy with Gong Xinliang, Lee Kin-Yan and Kong Ming (the male Fan Bingbing impersonator). Set in Chongqing, Jordan Chan plays a driver for a funeral home who gets fired after a corpse is stolen.

When I was in HK in Dec of 2008, I did visit the Peninsula Hotel to take a look; they had a choir singing Christmas songs in the lobby (around their giant Christmas tree). It was nice. :) No Karen Mok when I was there though (it was on Christmas Eve).
I remember reading in an old guide book that the men's room of the bar at the top of the Peninsula offers a great view of Hong Kong!
