11 Flowers, set in the mid-1970s, is about the consequences which unfold after an 11-year-old boy witnesses a murder. The cast includes Qiao Renliang, Yan Ni, Wang Jingchun and Liu Wenqing.

Director Wong Jing and the film's two child leads, Lin Miaoke and Zhang Keyuan, attended the press conference in Beijing where singer Zhang Liangying sung the theme song "Flavor of True Love".

The BFA was quick to deny the public query that Zhou was admitted simply because she is already a star, though many still viewed the admission with skepticism and used the opportunity to turn a spotlight on what they viewed as lax admission requirements.

Media Asia held a press conference is Shanghai to formally establish Media Asia Group Holdings Ltd. Big names in attendance: Peter Lam, Leon Lai, Daniel Wu, Andy Lau, Zhang Guoli, singer Han Hong, Miriam Yeung, Shawn Yue, Andrew Lau, and Sammi Cheng. Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng will team up again, and Andy will play a blind policeman.

It was also announced that a sequel to Love in a Puff will be produced. This time around the setting will be in Beijing and include both Hong Kong and Mainland actors. Pang Ho-Cheung said that he hoped to be able to release the same version of the film in Hong Kong and the mainland.
