Who Are the Zhao Brothers?

Sorry, I don't know either but, inspired by the Coen Brothers, they've made a suspense comedy "天上掉下个林妹妹", literally Sister Lin Dropped From the Sky said to be structured like Crash (which I haven't seen). If anyone knows anything about this duo, feel free to comment.
