My first thought was that these looked like posters for WKW's Ashes of Times!
Pretty people in costume dress with swords-check. And that grouping of them all in a row is also similar. But WKW's pictures are still so much murkier!

Well...I did say 'looked like'. But you're absolutely spot on, it was the blue-orange scheme and the six in a row that triggered my visual cortex. Simple, ain't I? ;D
Anyway, you're not writng off Warring States before it's even released are you? ;D
