Not that you'd know from the article, the Whos, Whats and Wheres seem to be missing from many Chinese news postings, it seems to be the Prime Bar & Lounge (HK).

Actually, it's not a brand new venue. I think DJ PMC aka Cheung Pak-Man is just a new investor, according to the article.
